This position will be a supervisory role and will monitor and coordinate the activities of subcontractor staff.
Responsibilities
The Site Supervisor will also assist in coordinating, scheduling and ordering material, labor. As well as be able to be on the tools to help with checkouts etc.
2 + years experience, drafting, blueprint reading experience and good computer skills
Positive knowledge of National Building codes and Local Bylaws
Ability to deal with homeowners, salespeople, sub-trades and office staff.
Work in a high pace setting and must meet deadlines.
Qualifications
The Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada (ie Permanent Resident Status or Canadian Citizenship)
Must have a valid Class 5
