Key Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison between Ramp Operations and Airline Control
Allocate crews and manage resource demands instantly
Develop recovery plans for Irregular Operations (IROP)
Record operational performance metrics and assess delays
Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
1–2 years in aviation ground handling or cargo operations
Solid computer skills and experience with tracking software
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma
Valid Driver's License and clearance for restricted airport access
