We are looking for a PAV Support Advisor who will act as a key resource for our dealer network and internal teams. Conduct the necessary research and, when required, authorize credits related to incomplete shipments, returns and freight charges. Support internal teams on topics related to PAV orders, shipments and deliveries.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Relevant education or experience in customer service, administration, logistics or a related field.
Experience in customer service, operational support or an environment where problem-solving and managing multiple requests are essential. Bilingual in English and French. A strong passion for serving our customers and dealers.
