Marketing & Lead Generation Representative – Real Estate

We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and persuasive individual to join our real estate team in a Marketing & Lead Generation role.

The primary focus of this position is door-to-door prospecting and connecting our real estate team with homeowners who are considering selling their property, as well as individuals interested in purchasing a home.

Responsibilities

- Door knocking in assigned neighbourhoods
- Starting friendly and professional conversations with homeowners
- Identifying potential home sellers and buyers
- Building rapport and generating genuine interest
- Collecting contact information from interested prospects
- Connecting qualified prospects with our real estate team
- Helping create new business opportunities through direct prospecting

Who We're Looking For
- Confident and comfortable approaching recent people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and naturally good at building rapport
- Strong sales mindset
- Energetic, professional, and results-driven




- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Previous experience in sales, door-to-door marketing, lead generation, or customer acquisition is an asset
- Real estate experience is not required

Compensation This is a results-based compensation position.

Compensation is earned when a lead generated by the representative successfully converts into business for our real estate team.

Simply providing a name, phone number, email address, or potential lead does not qualify for compensation.

Full compensation details and eligibility criteria will be discussed during the interview.

This is a marketing and lead-generation role and does not require the representative to provide real estate advice, negotiate transactions, or perform activities that require real estate registration.
