Marketing Associate

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 CAD/year

Our client is seeking a

Marketing Associate to support growth through data-driven, integrated marketing campaigns. This role combines strategy, analytics, content development, and hands-on campaign execution.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, push notifications, paid media, social, digital, and CRM channels.

- Translate customer insights and performance data into actionable marketing strategies.

- Write and edit marketing copy for landing pages, emails, digital ads, and customer communications.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations.

- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Compliance, Tech, Design, PR, and Brand.

- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and multiple concurrent projects.

- Support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion initiatives.

Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Communications.

- 2+ years of financial services experience.





- 1+ year of acquisition marketing experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Experience executing multi-channel CRM, email, paid digital, social, and referral campaigns.

- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.

- Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights.

- Experience with reporting tools, Google Analytics, marketing automation, and social listening platforms.

- Excellent writing, communication, project-management, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to Have

- Fintech, banking, or highly regulated industry experience.

- Strong copywriting and content-development skills.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace.
