Position The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing VentaCo’s marketing and digital presence. This role will be responsible for social media, content creation, paid advertising, campaign execution, lead generation, and performance tracking.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with hands-on experience managing social media and paid advertising campaigns, particularly through Meta Ads Manager. They should understand how to create content that engages an audience while also using paid campaigns and performance data to drive measurable business results.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can take ownership of projects from strategy through execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, testing new ideas, and taking initiative in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Support the development and execution of VentaCo’s overall marketing strategy, with a focus on brand awareness, audience growth, lead generation, and business growth.
- Social Media: Manage VentaCo’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and audience growth.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage a content calendar and create engaging, platform-specific content including posts, reels, videos, stories, and digital assets.
- Brand Management:
Maintain and strengthen VentaCo’s brand identity, tone, messaging, and visual consistency across all marketing channels.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, particularly through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute organic and paid campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, qualified leads, and business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Develop marketing initiatives and campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable inquiries.
- Ad Performance & ROAS: Monitor advertising spend and campaign performance, track ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and other key metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns based on results.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze marketing and social media performance and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations.
- Trend & Market Awareness: Stay current on social media trends, content formats, consumer behaviour, and relevant financial and real estate trends.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries while maintaining a professional and consistent brand voice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and internal teams to understand business priorities and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Test new platforms, content formats, creative approaches, audiences, and strategies to improve marketing performance.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing and social media strategies, not just managing day-to-day posting.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, creative testing, and optimization.
- Experience using paid advertising to generate leads and measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong content creation, writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience using analytics and performance data to make marketing decisions.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in financial services, fintech, real estate, mortgage, or qualified services.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Experience with influencer or creator partnerships.
- Photography or videography skills.
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
