Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing clear instructions for coat check procedures
- Efficiently check coats and personal belongings, issuing tickets and tracking items accurately
- Manage guest inquiries with professionalism, offering assistance and directions as needed
- Handle cash transactions securely for coat check services, maintaining accurate records
- Ensure the coat check area remains organized, clean, and welcoming throughout the shift
- Assist with crowd management during busy times,
maintaining a lively yet orderly environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences and uphold safety protocols
Qualifications
- Experience working in customer service roles is highly valued
- Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly and confidently with guests
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest services with a friendly attitude
- Comfortable working in dynamic settings with energetic crowds
- Prior experience with guest services or event support is advantageous
