Compensation.

$18.25 - $20.00 per hour plus bar tip out and ticket sales commission.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart, providing friendly and professional service.
- Verify guest ID documents and manage guest flow efficiently to minimize wait times.
- Enforce venue policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for all visitors and staff.
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding entry requirements, venue rules, and special events using excellent etiquette when needed.
- Maintain awareness of the venue’s layout, including exits, emergency procedures, and designated areas for staff and guests.




- Assist with crowd control during busy periods, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Use POS systems to process guest entries or reservations accurately when applicable.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles within restaurants or entertainment venues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests.
- Previous experience is highly desirable to understand venue operations thoroughly.
- Excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and proactive in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior hotel or restaurant experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key.
