This is a quota driven sales position which involves outbound calling while qualifying existing end-user needs.What you’ll do:This individual will work closely with ESET’s channel partners within their assigned geographic territory to retain ESET’s customer base, increase renewal rate, upsell and add value wherever possible. ESET is looking for individuals with a passion to achieve and exceed deliverables in a fast paced sales environment while simultaneously building long-lasting reseller/end user customer relationships.RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain accurate pipeline of businessProactively reaching out to our end user customers to secure upcoming renewals and look for addon, upsell and cross sell opportunities.Work with and assist ESET resellers and distribution partners as required throughout the sales process to complete sales through the channelMaintain accurate account and contact informationRespond to voicemails per company policyProvide & process any and all sales related materials (Quotes, Sales orders, Invoices, Trial Licenses, Etc.)

We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected OTE for this position ranges from $100,000-$110,000.
