and clientsMaintain positive and supportive relationships with parents and familiesEnsure a healthy and safe environment for childrenEnsure all safety and supervision standards are implemented and maintainedMaintain a neat, orderly, and clean environmentPlan, implement, and evaluate activities and experiences to meet individual and group needs of all children and families of a childcare programEstablish and maintain positive communication and relationships with children and staffAssist in providing quality care and creative programmingFollow all company policies, licensing, and legal requirements.Take part in all aspects of the program (e.G. crafts, group time, outdoor activities) and supervise childrenAssist in the setup of the play environmentHousekeeping including kitchen duties and laundryParticipates in monthly fire and earthquake drillsDocumentation of incidentsUses preferred communication channels to share information with staff and parentsFollows opening and/or closing routines if scheduledReports maintenance issues to the Program AdministratorOther duties as requested by the Program AdministratorSeasonal Contract length: Expected start date June 21, 2026 with expected end date being Sept 4, 2026The RA provides early learning experiences that will stimulate and develop the children’s intellectual, physical, and emotional growth. This includes ensuring compliance with licensing, program development, and implementation and orientation of recent families.Reporting to the Childcare Services Manager and Supervisor, the Summer Camp Leaders will provide the day-to-day operation and leadership of day camp alongside the Summer Camp Coordinator for up to 20 school-aged children.Children will range from ages five to twelve years of age with diverse abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
