As a Technical Supervisor, you will manage the technical aspects of shows and events, troubleshooting issues as they arise. This role requires hands-on experience in sound, lighting, and rigging, along with solid leadership and communication skills.
You will collaborate with outside contractors and other departments to ensure high-quality performances and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise technical work at Entertainment venues
Troubleshoot daily technical issues efficiently
Liaise with contractors to ensure communication
Maintain quality of shows as per manager's standards
Generate weekly staff schedules alongside Stage Supervisors
Requirements:
Enrolled or graduated from a post-secondary theatre program
Proven leadership and guest service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
Dependable in diverse weather conditions
Adaptable availability including weekends and holidays
