Role Description
This is a full time, in office role for a Graphic Designer Prepress, located in Etobicoke, ON. The role involves preparing designs for print production, ensuring files are print-ready through prepress and preflight processes. The individual will collaborate with team members to guarantee high-quality output, maintain project timelines, and troubleshoot design-related issues.
Responsibilities also include maintaining printing standards and ensuring accuracy in production.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Print Production, Printing, and Print Design
Experience with Pre-press and Preflight processes
Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout for print materials
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Relevant post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Print Production, or a related field
