Loyalist Country Inn & Conference Centre The Loyalist Country Inn & Conference Centre features 82 clean, comfortable, and fully appointed rooms, an indoor pool, fitness centre, business centre, 24-hour front desk, and an onsite restaurant/lounge offering room service. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, newspapers, and parking. We are also a prime location for meetings, conferences, weddings and events, and can efficiently accommodate each.
As a Line Cook, You Will
Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
Cook menu items in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Clean kitchen and work area
Follow all operations policies and procedures
Work alongside of the restaurant team to establish a secure and fun atmosphere
Who You Are
Positive and outgoing personality
Love for building strong relations with team members
Flexibility - Our back of house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Must possess a desire for personal and career development
Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
A desire to have fun a work, when you have fun our guest do too
What You Bring
Cooking experience required
A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
Ability to work Dinner, Breakfast, and Banquet services
Food Handling Certification is required
