Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Mechanic to join Load 'Em Up. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of equipment and machinery which include trucks (gravel trucks, water trucks, hydrovac & vac trucks), trailers & equipment (Wheel loaders, skid steers & excavators)

Duties

- Completed PM inspection program of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Assist with B620 inspection program
- Perform repairs using a wide range of hand tools and power tools to restore equipment to proper working condition
- Diagnose mechanical problems accurately with proper troubleshooting methods
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed
- Collaborate with team members
- B620 inspection program training can be provided depending on candidates





Qualifications

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams clearly
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs
- Good communication skills to document work accurately and collaborate with team members
- Prior experience in a maintenance or mechanical role is preferred
- Welding experience is considered an asset

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 – 45.0 per week
