About Us:

Waterloo Medical Cosmetics is a fun, supportive med spa dedicated to helping clients feel confident in their skin. Our team-focused environment lets you focus on client care and results. We provide in-house mentoring and ongoing clinical training to help you grow professionally.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform facial and skin treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser therapies (hair removal, vascular, pigment, CO2).
- Take imaging in our Imaging device and curate a treatment plan with assistance from the patient care coordinator
- Assess clients’ skin and collaborate with the team to create treatment plans.
- Recommend and educate clients on skincare products and home routines.
- Follow clinic protocols and learn new procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms.
- Conduct follow-ups and ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Be a team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive clinic culture.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Medical Aesthetician in a med spa or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of skin treatments and products/ingredients .
- Experience with lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning preferred.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to learn protocols quickly and thrive in a team environment.
- Passion for skincare and helping clients feel their best.
