Daily duties require providing accurate, friendly and quality service to customers when interacting with customers via phone, text and email.

Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner. Advise manager or designated supervisor of all serious complaints or incidences. Assist customers in understanding OPENLANE systems, where applicable, and escalate any system issues appropriately.
