You are a friendly, professional medical receptionist who can competently manage the front desk and call center of a busy radiology clinic. As a patient care team member, you are kind and courteous and help shape a positive patient experience at Insight. You are efficient and organized with some experience in medical reception and you are available to work full time hours Monday to Friday and some Saturdays, as needed.

Key requirements and/or preferences include:

- Medical Receptionist Diploma
- At least 3 years' experience working in medical reception preferred
- Solid medical vocabulary
- 50 wpm typing skills
- Ability to facilitate working at all clinics in GTA
- Patient registration (updating information as well as validating health cards)
- Faxing and scanning documents as required
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and be flexible in a very busy office environment
- Act professionally at all times
- Reliable in attendance and punctuality
- Works well as a part of a team
- Takes the initiative and exercises good judgement




- Experience with Radiant is an asset
- Experience with Ocean MD is an asset

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Maintain electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process patient information and insurance details, providing administrative support to the medical team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth office operations and enhance patient care.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
