Membership Sales Associate

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness South Ajax is looking for an outgoing, confident and sales-driven Membership Sales & Front Desk Associate to join our team.

This is first and foremost a SALES role.

We’re looking for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys fitness and wellness, and is motivated by goals, results and closing sales. You should be the type of person who naturally starts conversations, builds relationships quickly and feels comfortable picking up the phone, following up with leads and asking for the sale.

Membership Sales & Lead Conversion

Your primary responsibility will be to help grow studio membership and turn prospective members into long-term members.

- Consistently follow up with new and existing leads by phone, text, email and social media
- Confidently call leads and start conversations with prospective members
- Conduct studio tours and create a strong first impression
- Learn our membership options and confidently recommend the best fit
- Convert trial members and prospective clients into paying members
- Ask for the sale and confidently handle common questions and objections
- Work toward and achieve individual and studio sales and conversion targets
- Generate new leads through referrals, outreach and relationship building
- Re-engage past members and inactive leads
- Promote current memberships, offers and studio promotions
- Maintain organized and consistent lead follow-up
- Track conversations, follow-ups and sales activity in our systems
- Follow Oxygen Yoga & Fitness sales processes consistently

Front Desk & Member Experience Great sales start with great relationships. You’ll also play an important role in creating the energy and experience members feel when they walk through our doors.
- Greet members and guests with energy and enthusiasm
- Get to know our members and build genuine relationships




- Engage with trial members before and after class
- Assist with bookings, membership questions and general studio inquiries
- Conduct new-member orientations and studio tours
- Help create an upbeat, welcoming studio atmosphere
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional front desk and studio
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required

Who We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience is required
- Naturally outgoing, social and comfortable approaching people
- Strong interest in fitness, health and wellness
- Confident communicating in person and over the phone
- Comfortable following up repeatedly and consistently with prospective members
- Able to build rapport quickly and make people feel comfortable
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
- Motivated by goals, targets and measurable results
- Competitive and driven while still providing an excellent member experience
- Positive, energetic and enthusiastic
- Self-motivated — you look for opportunities rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Dependable, organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
- Comfortable receiving sales coaching and feedback
- Experience with CRM, lead-management or sales-tracking systems is an asset
- Mindbody experience is an asset
