As part of a dynamic and fun sales team, you will work together in achieving daily sales goals and creating a positive experience for the guests.Duties and responsibilitiesAssist the retail team to provide excellent customer experiences through friendly conversation, open ended questions, genuine compliments, and memorable farewells.Maintain a strong presence in both Basecamp and Summit Stores, leading by example to ensure that customers receive the highest standards of customer service and sales expertise.Ensure retail spaces are always presented and merchandised to a high standard to maximize sales.Lead and provide consistent feedback to Retail Associate team members ensuring they are set up to perform their duties successfully, and assisting them with reaching their individuals goals.Train and provide the tools to enable team members to promote an efficient, effective, and happy operation and retail experience.Motivate and engage team members by continuously leading by example.Remain calm under stressful and high-volume situations.Assist in advancing sustainability goals through responsible waste and energy management, packaging reduction,
