The Senior Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting theAccident & Health (A&H)Division, which includes our MGA Vertis Insurance andTravel Insuranceportfolios throughdata‑driven reporting, analytics, and operational execution. Reporting into theVP, Accident & Health, you will work closely with a collaborative team to ensure reporting, financial, and operational deliverables are accurate, timely, and continuously improving.This role is highly focused onbuilding and maintaining business reports and dashboards, supporting leadership with insights that help guide decision‑making. You will also have opportunities to supportsmall to mid‑scale projects, including product launches and departmental initiatives. The core focus of the role is reporting and analytics.The successful candidate will take ownership ofoperational, financial, and performance reportingacross the Accident & Health division, helping evolve how data is used and understood across the team.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and delivering operational, financial, and performance reports, dashboards, and KPIsAnalyzing data to support business monitoring, planning, and leadership decision‑makingOwning recurring reporting cycles and meeting strict monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlinesUsing business systems and tools to extract, interpret, and present data effectively (e.G., reporting platforms, CRMs, analytics tools)Supporting small to mid‑scale projects, including product launches and departmental initiativesCommunicating insights clearly and confidently to stakeholdersContinuously improving reporting templates, processes,
