Richmond Kings Nursery School Inc. is a non-profit, charitable, licensed nursery school located in Winnipeg.

We offer both morning and afternoon programs, with sessions running from 9:00–11:15 a.m. and 1:00–3:15 p.m.

Position: Inclusion Support Child Care Assistant

Location: Richmond Kings Nursery School, Winnipeg

Hours: Part time up to 20 hours per week; schedule to be determined

Start Date: September 2026

Responsibilities Include
Providing individualized support to a child within the classroom
Supporting participation in classroom routines, activities, and play
Encouraging social interaction and positive relationships with peers
Assisting with transitions and daily routines
Working collaboratively with the classroom teacher and support team
Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive setting

Requirements




Recognized 40-hour course
Minimum of two year's experience as a Child Care Assistant or relevant role with demonstrated ability to deliver programs
Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
Clear and current Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (within the last 3 months)
Clear and current Child Abuse Registry Check (within the last 3 months)
Commit to kids training
Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
