They will form a clear vision for the business and coordinate with the requisite business partners to realize that vision, requiring clear communication and experience in managing multiple stakeholders across numerous inflight initiatives. Once data systems are organized and operating, efforts will be required to drive action against the insights gathered, involving supporting projects to optimize business processes, simplify work, and drive client value. This position plays a key role in guiding current operations, presenting an accurate appraisal of the business, and advancing the business strategy.How You’ll SucceedTechnical Experience – You have experience with managing data & related platforms and familiarity with effective data design and organization.
You will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of business reports and the development of relevant insights and KPIs to make business decisions. You have the ability to liaise with business partners and technical specialists across the firm to advance initiatives.Project & Business Management – You can articulate requirements of the business clearly and serve as a subject matter expert. You have experience in managing relationships and stakeholders, including internal relationships across the organization as well as external vendor management where necessary. Compensation includes base pay, participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program, and a comprehensive benefits package that may include banking benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, an employee share purchase plan, vacation, wellbeing support, and MomentMakers.
