Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.ResponsibilitiesDesign the core experiences that restaurants, partners, and internal teams use to connect to OpenTable — from onboarding, reporting, security, to APIs and partner tools.Collaborate closely with a smart and dedicated team of product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver practical, high‑quality solutions that scale.Champion product concepts that expertly balance customer needs with critical business goals.Become an expert in restaurants’ needs by planning and facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff; turning findings into actionable design direction.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design.Experience designing for B2B experiences or a proven track record of solving for highly complex workflows.Experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross‑functional partners.Led end‑to‑end user research initiatives including planning, facilitating, and synthesis to translate findings into intuitive, evidence‑based design solutions that directly address user pain points.The ability to manage time effectively and can self‑direct to deliver against agreed‑upon commitments.Previous experience with integrations and APIs is a plus.Strong visual and interaction skills.The ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user.Incorporated AI into workflows to improve and speed up design process and outcomes.Strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others.An appetite and appreciation for feedback from stakeholders and peers.Strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions.Experience working with remote teams.Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.Perks And PerksGenerous paid vacation (20 days) + time off for your birthdayWork from (almost)
