including presentations and reports.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and further mature BMO’s Operational Resilience program as a member of the Operational Resilience Program Team.Work closely with stakeholders across first and second lines to perform testing and assist the business in understanding if they can continue to operate effectively throughout any incident and meet relevant operational resilience targets.Facilitate oversight and challenge activities, conduct scenario testing, and assess compliance with the operational resilience framework to ensure BMO’s resilience posture is appropriately managed and continuously improved.Leverage knowledge of resilience, BMO’s business, and external environment to enable and mature the bank’s operational resilience, drive insights and recommendations to the operational resilience team, and provide guidance to operating groups and other relevant stakeholders.In partnership with the operational resilience team, maintain and mature the operational resilience framework, identifying opportunities through scenario testing for enhancing existing capabilities across areas such as business continuity, incident response, technology resilience and oversight of third‑party service provider resilience, and execute roadmap deliverables.QualificationsPost‑secondary education.7+ years in an operational risk environment.Certification in: CRM, BCI, CCSA, CISA, CA, CCSP, ISC, ITIL (advantage).Advanced understanding of risk and control and governance frameworks,
