We are seeking a Sales Development Representative based in our Milton Office to join the Sales Operations team. This role is fully onsite.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.Assess inbound leads, evaluate needs and fit with ROCKWOOL products.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure high‑quality leads are passed to sales representatives.Initiate outreach via phone, email, or other channels to gather essential information.Accurately document lead interactions, insights, and qualification details in Microsoft Dynamics 365.Engage and nurture leads not ready for a salesperson, providing valuable information and periodic follow‑ups.Work with sales enablement, sales representatives and marketing to refine qualification criteria and optimize handoff.Track and report key metrics such as lead conversion rates and source performance.Qualifications1–3 years in a sales, marketing,
