We are looking for an experienced Millwork / Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience installing custom cabinetry, kitchens, vanities, built-ins, and other high-end interior millwork.

You should be comfortable working independently, reading shop drawings, taking accurate measurements, and delivering a clean, precise finished installation.

Responsibilities

- Install custom cabinets, millwork, kitchens, vanities, closets, wall units, and built-ins.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, elevations, and installation details.
- Measure, level, align, shim, and securely fasten cabinetry.
- Install fillers, panels, crown moulding, trim, shelving, and hardware.
- Perform accurate scribing, fitting, cutting, and on-site modifications.
- Install doors, drawers, hinges, handles, and specialty hardware.
- Identify and resolve installation issues on site.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, designers, and other trades.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean and professional job site.
- Complete projects efficiently while meeting scheduled deadlines.
- Perform service and adjustment work when required.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of cabinet or millwork installation experience.




- Strong knowledge of cabinet installation and finish carpentry.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and construction plans.
- Excellent measuring, layout, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with scribing and in office modifications.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation.

- Commercial or residential projects.

- Finish carpentry and trim installation.
