Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Millwright to join our agile manufacturing team. As a key player in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment, you will ensure optimal operational efficiency across our facilities. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems will drive continuous improvement, safety, and reliability.

Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery including conveyors, pumps, and motors.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and control system diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot automation systems and implement repairs or upgrades.
- Perform welding, mechanical adjustments, and alignments to ensure machinery operates smoothly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule and document work orders.
- Assist with electrical maintenance tasks involving low voltage systems and industrial electrician practices.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of failures and recommend improvements for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are upheld during maintenance activities.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records,
update schematics as needed, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Millwright or in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on welding skills.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical systems including low voltage wiring.
- Experience using CMMS software for maintenance planning and documentation.
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics fluently in English.
- Knowledge of industrial electrician practices combined with analysis skills for troubleshooting complex machinery issues.
- Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated safety awareness and adherence to industry standards for mechanical, electrical, and environmental safety protocols.
- Additional qualifications such as welding certifications or HVAC licenses are considered a plus.
