Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service to enhance their dining experience
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, maintaining freshness and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling
- Manage cash register transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in math calculations and change distribution
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards by following proper handling procedures and cleaning protocols




- Assist with food industry-specific tasks like serving, upselling menu items, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas
- Support team members during peak hours by managing time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Strong understanding of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Experience in cashiering or serving roles within the food industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper kitchen procedures is desirable
