We are seeking a versatile and energetic Multi Tradesman/woman to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of skilled trades across various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction, renovation, and restoration tasks, helping us deliver exceptional results on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute projects.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently across different trades.
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, cabinet installation, and general woodwork with precision.
- Apply concrete forming, finishing, and masonry techniques to create durable structures.
- Conduct plumbing and electrical work in compliance with safety codes and project specifications.
- Execute construction painting, tile laying, flooring installation, caulking, and drywall finishing to meet quality standards.
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces.
- Estimate project materials and labor needs accurately for effective resource planning.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project flow and timely completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies.

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a broad skill set across multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, welding, and flooring installation.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents confidently.
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery relevant to various trades.
- Experience in concrete forming, finishing, restoration work, tile laying, cabinetry installation, and painting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to different project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding project specifications.
