We are seeking a passionate and talented Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist, Lash Artist, and Brow Artist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Perform skilled nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail enhancements with precision and care.
- Apply eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and other lash enhancement treatments to accentuate clients’ eyes beautifully.
- Create customized brow shaping, tinting, and microblading services to define and enhance facial features.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety.
- Upsell additional treatments or retail products that complement clients’ beauty routines, boosting overall sales.




- Engage with clients through effective communication, building rapport and encouraging repeat visits while promoting retail sales of skincare and beauty products.

Skills

- Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, lash artistry, and brow shaping techniques.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments and listen attentively to client preferences.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude that makes clients feel comfortable and valued.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while focusing on client needs.
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting product lines effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
