Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry.
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
- Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified, ensuring comfort and professionalism throughout the process.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatments, aftercare instructions, and available product options.
- Keep workstations clean, organized,



and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel applications, or acrylics.
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a sterile work setting.
- Ability to perform body waxing procedures when trained or certified.
- Retail sales experience or interest in promoting products to clients.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for beauty and customer service excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced salon setting.
