Duties
- Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and artistry
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic setting for clients and staff
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to client preferences, offering expert advice, and creating personalized treatment plans
- Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue
- Assist clients with retail sales by recommending suitable nail care products and other beauty items
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatments, aftercare instructions, and available promotions to foster loyalty
- Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually improve skills and service offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, sterilization procedures, and safety protocols in a salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and promote services confidently
- Ability to perform detailed nail care treatments with precision and creativity
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed
