We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writing Intern to support our technology team in creating, updating, and maintaining explicit, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.What will your role be responsible for?Coordinate onboarding activities across Digital Workplace, IAM, Telecom, Service Desk, and Security teamsTrack onboarding dependencies and readiness blockersCreate and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, system documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articlesCollaborate with IT teams to gather requirements and translate technical concepts into clear written contentReview and improve existing documentation for clarity and consistencySupport documentation for projects such as system implementations and disaster recovery playbooksOrganize and maintain documentation repositories (SharePoint or similar tools)Develop diagrams and visual aids where applicableContribute to documentation standards and best practicesPerform other duties as assignedWhat we offerImmerse yourself in a hands‑on experience within our dynamic and collaborative work environment,
