AO1 Administrative Officer – Public Service Delivery, Consumer Protection Office and Strategic Policy & Continuous Improvement BranchRegular/full‑time position, located in Winnipeg, MB.Salary: $57,666.00 – $69,411.00 per year. Closing date: June 10, 2026.ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight and guidance in the development and management of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with administrative, financial, and procurement standards.Serve as the departmental coordinator for a wide range of administrative functions, including fleet, parking, records, accessibility, safety, and corporate services.Act as a key liaison across divisions, managing competing priorities and sensitive matters.Plan and administer the annual licensing process, including fee collection, application processing, compliance review, and revenue deposits under relevant bereavement legislation.Maintain accurate licensing records, coordinate responses to inquiries, manage information systems and website updates, and ensure effective filing and tracking processes.Interpret and apply legislation, conduct research and jurisdictional scans, support policy and legislative reviews, and coordinate hearings.Communicate efficiently and sensitively with industry, the public, and internal stakeholders.QualificationsEssentialsPost‑secondary education in business or office administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience leading staff, including training and prioritizing/monitoring team members’ tasks.Experience with administrative functions such as tracking correspondence, records management,
