This role involves close collaboration with the Production team to monitor ship dates and address any delays.The successful candidate will communicate order status clearly and promptly to internal departments, sales representatives, project managers, and customers, ensuring transparency and efficient coordination throughout the order fulfillment process.Responsibilities:Create internal sales order within custom billing systemOrganize delivery details such as system customization notes, ship date, mode of transport, and payment termsProvide customers and sales team with delivery updates such as order revision requirements and transit reschedulingQualifications:College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experienceSuperior organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and problem‑solving abilityKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word,
