Job Description: What You'll Do
As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping maintenance and repair projects on track by managing documentation, coordinating resources, and ensuring stakeholders are informed every step of the way. Coordinate service jobs from initiation through completion and invoicing Create and manage work orders, job documentation, and service records Monitor job progress, schedules, budgets, and customer commitments Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams regarding repair status and timelines Support service planners and supervisors with job execution and scheduling activities Coordinate transportation, contractors, third-party services, and site access requirements Track and update service systems to ensure accurate information and reporting Identify risks, delays, or issues that may impact customer commitments and elevate when required Participate in pre-job, mid-job, and post-job reviews while documenting action items Assist with warranty administration, billing activities, and job close-out documentation Ensure service records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready What We're Looking For
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills The ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines A collaborative and customer-focused mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a service coordination, project coordination, administrative, operations support, or dealership environment Experience supporting construction, forestry, mining, oil and gas, industrial equipment, transportation, or service operations Knowledge of repair processes, maintenance planning, parts coordination, or warranty administration is considered an asset Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field is preferred Why Join Finning?
