We're Hiring: Nuclear Quality Systems Engineer | Windsor, ON

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer with a background in nuclear manufacturing and a strong understanding of quality management systems?

We're looking for a Nuclear Quality Systems Engineer to join our team in Windsor and play a key role in maintaining quality, compliance, and continuous improvement within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

- Ensure compliance with applicable nuclear industry standards, including CSA N299, CSA N285, ASME Nuclear QSC, ASME Section III & VIII, CSA B51, ISO 9001, CWB, and Controlled Goods Program requirements
- Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation
- Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits, including ASME accreditation and CSA qualification activities
- Conduct and participate in internal audits, compliance assessments, supplier qualifications, and quality evaluations
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, manufacturing records, and technical documentation for compliance
- Support the development and implementation of project-specific Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Verify material traceability and documentation requirements




- Support corrective and preventive actions, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
- 3–5 years of quality engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Previous nuclear industry experience
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, codes, and standards
- Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration in Ontario is considered an asset
- Experience with nuclear quality standards, pressure vessel manufacturing, welding quality systems, or nuclear quality assurance programs is an asset
