Nurse
Navigators educate, coordinate care, and advocate for culturally safe care, often in complex pathways (e.g., oncology). What You’ll Do:
- Assess needs and coordinate care plans.
- Book referrals and support transitions.
- Provide education on conditions and services.
- Advocate for culturally secure care.
