Nurse Practitioner – Women's Hormone Health Clinician

Salary: $120,000–$130,000/year, depending on experience

Type: Full time (approximately 37.5–40 hrs/week)

Schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends

About Fonthealth

We're a hormone and weight optimization clinic in the Niagara Region. Care is NP-led and delivered by a coordinated clinical team. We support women navigating menopause,



perimenopause, and PCOS-related concerns, and we take a muscle-centric approach to metabolic health and body recomposition. Alongside this, we provide hormone optimization and medical weight management for men, including TRT and GLP-1 therapy when clinically appropriate.

Our care is evidence-based and data-driven. We treat the person, not a number on a lab, and we customize every plan around what the body is telling us.

The Role

As our NP, you'll prescribe, diagnose, interpret, and educate. You'll own the medical direction of each plan while a clinical team executes alongside you, including our nurses who lead day-to-day care and our clinical nutrition educator. Our care runs on modern, tech-enabled workflows, including AI-assisted documentation and several clinical platforms. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems.

Who We're Looking For The right person leads with empathy and communicates with patients exceptionally well. Above all, you can take something complex and make it easy to understand, because educating and empowering the patient is always the priority.

We're not prescriptive.



We walk alongside the person, offer our clinical expertise, and let them lead. You'll be someone who:

- Is fascinated by hormone health and how to support people with evidence-based practice
- Treats the person through the lens of what the body tells us, not a fixed protocol
- Wants autonomy but works well within a nursing-led clinical team
- Is comfortable with technology and open to learning new clinical and AI-assisted systems
- Has strong clinical judgment and a minimum of 2 to 3 years of NP experience
- Is comfortable delivering primarily virtual care, with occasional in-person shifts in Niagara

Requirements

- Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), with no restrictions
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
- Eligible to work in Canada

Bonus Points For Experience in perimenopause and menopause care, PCOS, BHRT, GLP-1 therapy (semaglutide, tirzepatide), body composition and muscle health, men's hormone health, or Menopause Society / Worldlink Medical training.
