We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! Duties

- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, taking messages, transferring calls, and providing excellent customer support.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, maintaining organized records and files.
- Oversee filing systems—both digital and paper—to ensure quick retrieval of documents and compliance with organizational standards.
- Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to process invoices, payments, and financial records.
- Support medical or dental office operations by managing appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and insurance documentation.




- Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects as needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
- Excellent computer skills including data entry, file management, and basic troubleshooting.
- Previous clerical experience in medical or dental offices is a plus; experience as a receptionist or front desk coordinator is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy in typing, proofreading, and data management tasks.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, filing procedures, and general administrative practices.
