In this contract position ending March 31, 2028, you'll be pivotal in enhancing the operations of the Training team. Your administrative efficiency will support training delivery, information management, and event coordination. Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on meaningful change in the lives of First Nations individuals while leveraging your administrative expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare workplans for training and education priorities • Coordinate training with the training coordinator and program manager • Gather and analyze training data for improvement • Organize meetings, documents, and event logistics • Support team projects with timely administrative actions
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant diploma • Minimum one year or three years of experience • Knowledge of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis cultures • Excellent communication and time management skills • Proficiency in MS Office and digital project management tools
