This role combines strong technical leadership with people management and a up-to-date approach to software quality, automation, and AI‐driven engineering practices.You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and UX teams to drive quality across the development lifecycle, establish scalable automation practices, and build a high‐performing QE organization focused on speed, reliability, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers across multiple product squadsDefine and drive Upshop's quality engineering strategy, standards,
