Role OverviewPremium Auditor – Permanent full‑time – Edmonton, Alberta.ResponsibilitiesReview records and data to ensure employers report correct assessable earnings and pay appropriate premiums.Review employer operations to ensure proper classification for rate‑setting purposes.Ensure appropriate experience is used to set the employer premium rate.Verify worker status and earnings to ensure proper worker claims charging.Communicate findings, root causes, and corrective action plans to employers.Investigate allegations of unregistered employers, unauthorized premium deductions, etc.Educate employers to improve disability management programs via consultations.Educate employers and other relevant parties on WCB legislation and pricing programs.Perform additional duties as required.QualificationsUndergraduate degree in business administration, finance,
or accounting.At least two years of directly related auditing experience; equivalencies considered.Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong analytical and decision‑making skills; ability to work independently.Excellent research, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills.Team player committed to quality customer service.Occasional overnight travel within the province required; road‑worthy vehicle needed.Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salary of $86,409 per annum (Salary Grade 11) with a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work schedules, and hybrid work opportunities.Closing Date: June 12, 2026.We provide equal chance to all qualified persons, without regard to race, colour, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
