and offshore transportation flows.Evaluate trade‑offs across cost, service, capacity, speed, and resilience using advanced modeling techniques.Shape and influence 3–5 year network strategies, including capacity planning, port strategy, and routing design.Ensure the network remains agile, scalable, and aligned with enterprise growth objectives.Modeling, Forecasting & AnalyticsOwn multi‑year volume forecasts across ocean, U.S., Mexico, and outbound transportation networks.Perform complex scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and “what‑if” simulations to guide strategic decisions.Establish and maintain core planning assumptions to ensure consistent, credible analytics.Leverage advanced tools and partner with global modeling experts (e.G., Llamasoft) to enhance analytical capabilities.Decision Support & Stakeholder EngagementTranslate complex data into clear, executive‑ready insights that drive decision‑making.Deliver actionable recommendations to support 2–5 year logistics roadmaps and annual strategic priorities.Partner cross‑functionally to support key initiatives through structured analysis and reporting.Collaborate closely with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles.Continuous Improvement & GovernanceIdentify and recommend cost‑savings, efficiency gains, and network optimization opportunities.Ensure accuracy, transparency, and governance across all modeling and forecasting activities.Apply structured problem‑solving to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.About You4+ years of experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain.Post‑secondary education in logistics,
supply chain or a related field is an asset.Understanding of financial processes, controls and audit practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and deliver clear insights.Experience working with large datasets, including data extraction, manipulation and analysis (e.G., SQL).Advanced Excel skills, with experience in data visualization and modeling tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Llamasoft, Copilot).Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Structured, detail‑oriented approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to assess risks and recommend solutions.Highly organized with robust time‑management and prioritization skills; able to manage multiplepriorities in a fast‑paced environment.Proven ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships and work effectively across all levels of the organization.Posting DetailsPosting End Date:June 11, 2026If you’re ready to bring your energy and passion, we’d love to hear from you.
