You’ll help ensure that safety procedures are understood, followed, and continuously improved while working closely with project teams and leadership.This role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, and eager to learn, and who enjoys working with people to solve problems and promote safe work practices.You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of activities including safety coordination, documentation, field support, and continuous improvement of safety processes.What You Will Be Working OnSupport the implementation and ongoing improvement of RAM’s health and safety programsAssist with maintaining safety documentation, procedures, and recordsParticipate in safety meetings, toolbox talks,



and internal safety initiativesHelp coordinate safety training and onboarding requirementsAssist with incident reporting, documentation, and follow-up activitiesConduct or support site visits and safety observations as neededWork with project teams to promote protected work practices and reinforce safety cultureSupport internal audits and help track safety performance metricsAssist with administrative coordination related to health and safety programsWhat We Are Looking ForDiploma or Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or related field)Approximately 1 year of experience in a health and safety roleStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholdersAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solvingInterest in learning and developing within the health and safety professionProficiency with standard office tools such as Microsoft OfficeA background in construction is not required. Candidates from any industry with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.The estimated annual base salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education,
