Dexign Matter Studio is an award-winning interior design firm specializing in luxury residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand, generate current business opportunities, and support the studio's ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate with external consultants for SEO, digital marketing, and advertising initiatives.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Manage and update the company website and social media platforms.
- Prepare submissions for design awards, publications, and media opportunities.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Perform outreach and cold calling to prospective clients and industry partners.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Track marketing performance,



website analytics, and lead generation metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in architectural and interior design is required.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset.
