Your expertise with ERP systems combined with robust communication skills will help resolve billing issues and collect outstanding accounts. This role focuses on detail-oriented tasks that support our mission in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly billing processes for daycare portfolios
• Execute daily tasks related to accounts receivable




• Initiate collection calls to resolve NSF issues
• Work with Centre Director on billing accuracy
• Submit invoices to 3rd party organizations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in Accounts Receivable or Collections
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Diploma or degree in accounts or business preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
