We do that by creating a people-first culture built on trust, accountability, and transparency; where every employee – regardless of position, role, or identity is treated with respect and given an equal chance to thrive.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day tracking of program activity, including invoices, payments, and supporting data.Maintain and update Excel trackers to monitor budgets, spend, forecasts, and key program metrics.Help support month-end processes by pulling data, identifying discrepancies, and flagging issues.Prepare documentation packages to support client billing and internal tracking.Work closely with Finance and Program teams to ensure data is complete, accurate, and coded correctly.Track program volumes, timelines, and performance metrics.Support ad hoc reporting and data requests.Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and suggest practical improvements.Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team.QualificationsStrong with numbers and comfortable working with data (no formal finance background required).Solid Excel skills (formulas, data organization,



basic analysis).Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.Some corporate or professional work experience.Take initiative and can work independently without needing constant direction.Clear communication and ability to work with different teams.Enjoy problem-solving and improving how things are done.Experience in data tracking, reporting, operations, or program coordination is an asset.Familiarity with tools like SharePoint or basic project management systems is an asset.Compensation and Employment DetailsTargeted Compensation: $28-$32/hour CADCompensation Range: $23.40-$40.55 CADType: HourlyAll offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills, and prior relevant experience.Employment Eligibility and Equal OpportunityCLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
