Role Summary We are looking for a highly organized and driven Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day manufacturing and retail operations. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in the baking industry, excels in a fast-paced environment, and possesses the problem-solving skills needed to keep our bakery running smoothly. You will be the vital link between our production facility, our delivery network, and our retail storefronts.

Key Responsibilities

- Retail Oversight: Oversee the daily operations and performance across our 4 busy retail locations, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.

- Production Tracking: Monitor and track the daily manufacturing of all baked goods (pies, cookies, butter tarts, etc.) to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

- Logistics & Fulfillment: Manage the delivery schedule to guarantee that all products are dispatched correctly and arrive at their destinations on time, based on specific client and retail requirements.

- Team Leadership: Maintain open, clear, and positive communication with facility staff, retail managers,



and delivery drivers to foster a collaborative work environment.

- Process Improvement: Swiftly identify operational bottlenecks or daily challenges and implement effective problem-solving strategies on the fly.

Qualifications & Skills

- Industry Expertise: A strong, proven understanding of the commercial baking or food manufacturing industry.

- Master Multitasker: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle production schedules, retail needs, and delivery logistics simultaneously.

- Effective Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for leading, listening to, and motivating staff at all levels.

- Problem Solver: A proactive mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve unexpected operational hurdles.

- Experience: Previous experience managing multi-unit retail operations and food logistics is highly preferred.

Pay: $52,234.61-$60,000.00 per year
