About the Position
We are seeking an Operations Manager to support our day-to-day operations and help keep our teams, projects, and internal processes running smoothly.
You will work closely with employees and management to coordinate activities, solve operational issues, improve processes, and support the company's ongoing projects.
This role is a good fit for someone who has experience coordinating people or business activities and is ready to take on more responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate team schedules, tasks, and priorities.
- Support and supervise team members.
- Track projects, deadlines, and operational goals.
- Identify areas where processes can be improved.
- Help implement new procedures and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational information.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee training.
- Help manage operational budgets and expenses.
- Resolve day-to-day issues and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Support management with special projects and business initiatives.
- Ensure company procedures and standards are followed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, management, customer service, or a related area.
- Experience supervising, leading, or coordinating people is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic business software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree is an asset, but not required.
- Consulting experience is an asset, but not required.
